$TOS Staking — Governance & Protocol Fee Distributions

Stake $TOS to participate in governance and receive variable, usage-dependent protocol fee distributions from the DeAI compute network under a fixed, published rule: 25% of each node's net service fees is deposited to the staking pool automatically (USDC) when that node completes its 30-day deployment, and 50% of the $TOS creator-fee and LP-fee streams is deposited as collected (SOL). Distributions depend on compute actually sold and are not dividends or a return on investment.

The lifecycle has six steps. Stake any amount of $TOS at stake.tokenos.ai — there is no minimum — and distributions start accruing to your position immediately. A 30-day warm-up follows during which accrual continues but claiming is disabled. After the warm-up you can claim your accrued SOL and USDC whenever you like, as long as none of your unstake requests is in cooldown. Requesting an unstake removes those tokens from the pool at once and starts a 30-day cooldown; up to ten requests can be queued, each with its own clock, and requests cannot be cancelled. When a cooldown completes you execute the withdrawal to your own wallet.

Your distribution equals your eligible stake divided by the total eligible stake, multiplied by the qualifying deposits made since your last claim, computed separately for SOL and USDC. Eligible stake excludes amounts in cooldown, and amounts already claimed are never claimable again. Nobody at TokenOS decides how much is deposited or when: USDC deposits are triggered by nodes completing their terms and SOL deposits follow the published 50% rule. Every deposit is an on-chain transaction, and moving deposit authority to a program-controlled account is a tracked decentralization milestone on the $TOS statement.

Exiting before the warm-up and cooldown are complete forfeits the associated distributions, as set out in Terms of Service §8.2. Staking is not available to Prohibited Persons or from Restricted Jurisdictions, and it is not an investment product: distributions are payments for governance and network participation that vary with network activity, may be zero and are never guaranteed. TokenOS makes no promise to undertake efforts that increase the value of $TOS. This page explains the mechanics; the console at stake.tokenos.ai shows your own eligibility dates and balances.

About TokenOS

TokenOS is the AI operating system for the autonomous Web3 economy. It combines an agentic IDE that turns a prompt into a deployed dApp, a marketplace of x402-paid AI agents, a peer-to-peer AI inference market where anyone can sell spare API quota or GPU time for USDC, MCP and A2A connectors for Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT, and the $TOS utility and governance token on Solana.

Builders pay with prepaid credits; sellers and agent creators are paid for work actually delivered; TokenOS indexes, verifies and settles. Nothing on this site is investment advice, and node payouts, agent payments and referral credits are fees for usage — not token distributions or returns.
